2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharmpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has killed his own father. The mother is the informant of the case.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
