The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.245 of 2018(arising out of Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.223 of 2016) registered under Sections 307, 354A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that they all made indiscriminate firing and entered into her house. Accused persons ransacked the house and damaged different articles kept in the house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody was injured in the firing. No firearm and empty cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence. Petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with S.T. No.245 of 2018(arising out of Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.223 of 2016).
