The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.592 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged that petitioner is said to have caused injury upon Sabujba Devi who died at the spot. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
