This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86546 of 2019 whereby petitioners were granted liberty to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail in the light of the law laid down by this Hon'ble High Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. The State of Bihar since reported in 2004 (3) PLJR 491 but aforesaid part of the liberty granted to the petitioners inadvertently could not be typed in the order sheet.

No.19057 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 17.02.2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioners are granted liberty to surrender and seek regular bail before the learned court below within a period of 6 weeks in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 pending before the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in the light of the law laid down by this Hon'ble High Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs.
