The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have killed his own brother by piercing knife in the chest of the deceased. The informant is father of the petitioner. The postmortem report also corroborates the prosecution version.

Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner to have killed his own brother by piercing knife in his chest, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
