Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 386 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.5.2016 on the charge that he knitted the story of his kidnapping and demanded ransom amount from his family members and the aforesaid fact came to light when the police recovered him and the petitioner, himself, disclosed the aforesaid fact.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
