2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case, the accused persons, including these petitioners, entered the house of the informant, and on the orders of accused Meena Devi, all the accused persons dragged the deceased Jitendra Sah and injured Abhishek Kumar. co-accused Suraj Sah inflicted a Khukhri blow on Abhishek Kumar, causing an open head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and there is no allegation of any overt act against him. He

No.22304 of 2024(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 further submits that co-accused Ajay Sah and Neeraj Sah have already been granted bail by this co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11696 of 2023. Chargesheet has already been submitted and he is in custody since 01.11.2023. 5 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 271 of 2021 .
