45 pieces of cartridges, one Samsung Mobile set along with a motorcycle were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that he is under custody since 20.02.2016. From para-3 of the bail petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Apart from this, it is also apparent that from the seizure list that petitioner's presence is nowhere. Accordingly, petitioner, Guddu Singh @ Guddu Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dehri, Distt-Rohtas in Darihat PS Case No. 13/2016.
