The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019/ S.T. No. 13 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the allegation of assault made in the F.I.R. and the injury sustained on the person of the injured are contradictory to each other as the doctor has found the injury simple in nature. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17447 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- Vth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial No. 13 of 2020 arising out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
