2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to renew the license bearing License No. 1764 of 1994 on the basis of renewal application dated 10.07 2025 (Annexure-P-4) for the period 2022-26 under Rule-6 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Rules, 1993 as the aforesaid renewal application is still pending for consideration before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5354 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Licensing Officer-Respondent No.3;

(ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities not to interfere with the operation of saw mill till such time the renewal application dated 10.07.2025 is decided by the Licensing Officer in the facts and circumstances of this case;

(iii) for issuance of other writ (s), order(s), direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring a fresh representation before respondent no. 03 for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting the said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
