This is an application for quashing of the order dated 20.8.2013 passed in Complaint Case No. 470C of 2013 by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul whereby cognizance was taken under Sections 341, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
