Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that when he produced his document for verification at the time of medical verification, it was detected that the handwriting of the petitioner does not tally with the handwritings of the answer sheets and, accordingly, informant levelled allegation that some other person had appeared in written examination in place of the petitioner.
