The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he with an intention to kill or sold the wife of informant, kidnapped her but from perusal of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., which has been mentioned in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga belied the story of kidnapping, where she has stated that the petitioner never kidnapped her rather she herself left her house. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58993 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.202/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
