26.08.2015 This is an application for modification of the judgment dated 06.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24601 of 2011.

Due to inadvertence in the judgment dated 06.02.2015 the date of cognizance 14.03.2011 as well as Complaint Case No. 633 of 2008 has wrongly been mentioned whereas the date of cognizance and P.S. Case No. should have been "28.03.2008" and "Kotwali P.S. Case No. 26 of 2005". The judgment is modified to the extent that the date of cognizance be read as 28.03.2008 in place of 14.03.2011 and Kotwali P.S. Case No. 26 of 2005 in place of Complaint Case No. 633 of 2008.

The Modification Application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 26 of 2005. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
