Case No. 144 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 489B, 489C, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of Unlawful Activity (Prevention) Act and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33893 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that in huge quantity counterfeit notes were recovered from possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
