The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and petitioner no. 2 is sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and they are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-

No.20108 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
