JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against them, who happen to be the in-laws of the deceased. Moreover, petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.
