This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71410 of 2019 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 19.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71410 of 2019, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19379 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.154 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 19.11.2019 as it is.
