This is an application for quashing of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Trial No. 3418 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1789-C of 2012 whereby cognizance was taken under Sections 417, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
