2. 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Informant, Lal Babu Singh while was sleep awaken hearing sound of explosion, came out and found three persons who are none else than petitioners. Seeing informant they abused and escaped therefrom. From the order impugned, it is evident that petitioners stood witness against the informant in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.66 of 2014 as well as the witnesses whoever been examined during course of investigation simply claimed to have seen the petitioners without attributing any sort of allegation.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Prabhakar Singh, Dilip Choudhary, Rajesh Kumar Singh @ Munna Singh each are directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42969 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in the event of his surrender or arrest within four weeks from today in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.66 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in terms of condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
