The petitioner, who retired from the post of clerk in the office of the Jagjivan Ram Parliamentary Education and Political Research Institute, Patna with effect from 30.9.2017 claims payment of pension and entire pensionary benefits including the Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Earned Leave and other retiral benefits along with interest. He submits that the services of the petitioner was taken over by the State Government notification with effect from 9.12.1986 and through out had unblemished career although his pension has not been

Patna High Court CWJC No.7243 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 fixed. In this regard he has filed various representations before different authorities but of no avail.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4, Director, Higher Education, Bihar, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount, due to the petitioner along with admissible interest, will be paid within a month thereof. If certain amount is disputed, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order sent through the registered post. Writ petition stands disposed of.
