This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 07.04.2015 passed by Sub-Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, by which learned Magistrate has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner for reviewing encroachment under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C.

The impugned order passed in under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C cannot be reviewed by this Court at this stage. Therefore, this application is not maintainable. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
