JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his wife and son. It is further alleged that coaccused Yogendra Sah caught hold up the son of the informant, namely, Niraj and on his order co-accused Sharwan Kumar and Gaurav Kumar assaulted the son of the informant by inflicting indiscriminate 'lathi' and 'khanti' whereas it is alleged against this petitioner to have assaulted the wife of the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Sharwan Kumar took away ornament from the wife of the informant and co-accused Yogendra took away cash of Rs.5000/-.

No.35422 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury on the wife of the informing has been found to be simple in nature, which is alleged to be caused by this petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the son of the informant has received grievous injury and accusation of assault is also against the petitioner. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, let her be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.156 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
