Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the POCSO Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner made attempt to commit rape on three or four years girl and mild redness around hymen was found on the person of the victim, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case no. 96/2015, Tr. No. 57/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Siwan stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
