JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused and on that basis, they were remanded in the present case on 29.04.2016 and since then they are languishing in jail custody and it appears that except the so-called confessional statement of the co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, petitioners are in jail custody since long but up till now, the concerned I.O. did not take pain to arrange T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33998 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 26 of 2016.
