The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.16 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner who has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
