JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the case record, it appears that the petitioner vide various representations had approached the respondent authorities for regularizing his services. Despite representations and directions from the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor, the case of the petitioner was never considered.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5173 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 file a fresh representation before the Registrar Munger University, Munger (respondent no.6) within a period of four weeks and respondent no.6, after receipt of such representation, shall dispose it of within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

4 It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period as aforesaid.

5. With the direction aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
