JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place 10 years ago and the impugned order goes to show that in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that deceased had consumed Salphas due to family feud. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II at Gaya in connection with Atri P.S.Case No. 61 of 2016.
