Petitioner seeks bail in Khajkala P.S. Case No.115 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.
It is alleged that 59 litres illicit liquor was recovered from jute bag buried in the ground. The seizure list is the part of the First Information Report, in which it is mentioned that seizure has been made from the land adjacent to Baba Mandir. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 08.05.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
