ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appointed as a PDS dealer and has been functioning since 2022. Learned counsel submits that the E-POS machines supplied to the petitioner are having excess quantity of foodgrains then what has been supplied to the petitioner and though the petitioners have been making several complaints, the authorities are not

Learned counsel submits that the Respondent No. 3 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Begusarai may be directed to take necessary steps for rectifying the discrepancies shown in the EPOS machine by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that the petitioner till date has not made any representation or complaint to the authority concerned and in case any complaint is made by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 3, the authority shall duly consider the same strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation/complaint with regard to the grievance of discrepancies in the EPOS machine within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 3 herein. In case any such representation/ complaint is made, the authority shall consider the same on its own merits and in case the claim of the petitioner is found to be true, take necessary steps for rectifying the EPOS machine. The authority shall do the needful as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said
