The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For the grant of the differences of salary for the period 2.9.08 to 31.1.10 (for 17 months) due to the order passed under Annexure No. IV, V in the compliance of the Honb'le High Court order as contained under Annexure no. III to it along with the interest thereon from the due date to the date of actual payment and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21006 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 the cost of the case, when the petitioner is adjusted to the Department of Panchayati Raj after dissolving his parent Department Bihar Agricultural Marketing Board, Patna on low basis of pay scale."

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits, by referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7, especially paragraph no. 4 thereof, that the admitted outstanding arrears/difference of salary for the period 02.09.2008 to 31.01.2010 has already been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner apart from payment of all the other admissible dues to the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
