Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/353/420/467/468/471 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and section 30a and other allied sections of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, huge quantity of the foreign liquor and motorcycle were recovered from the spot by the police party. Petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the police party.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with

He submits that petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle which was seized from the spot and is alleged to have fired upon the police party.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
