The petitioner seeks bail in Revilganj P.S. Case No.96 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

On secret information the police has recovered 105 liters of country made liquor. Petitioner is in jail since 19.5.2016.

Looking to the quantity of liquor, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32710 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody.
