Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 494, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
