Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rajpur P. S. Case No. 15 of 2021.

No.30554 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/3 As per allegation, the petitioner has obtained two certificates of matric; one from Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2000 and one from Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Patna in the year 2003 and the date of birth in these two certificates are different and after concealing this fact he has applied for the post of Vikas Mitra.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this fact was not concealed; rather it has been fairly admitted in his show-cause, submitted before the SDO, Buxar, which is part of the F.I.R. itself.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar,, in connection with Rajpur P. S. Case No. 15 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the
