The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.136 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)(b)(c) and 34(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon an order dated 27.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15727 of 2021 by which similarly situated accused persons, namely, Mahesh Mandal and Kundan Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 27.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15727 of 2021, this
