JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for giving effect to the notification dated 10.03.2014, prospectively, however, it is not in dispute that the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of Assistant in the Vidhan Sabha, Secretariat and the only lis remaining to be adjudicated is regarding the date from which the petitioner is required to be granted seniority on the said post of Assistant and to the said effect, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already preferred a fresh writ petition, hence, liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the present writ petition, in the said writ petition. Liberty so sought is granted.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not
