Petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No.315 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 412 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner was taken into custody in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017. Confession of the petitioner was recorded by the police and thereafter police has implicated him in the instant case.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60172 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.315 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
