It has been stated that in compliance of the order

Patna High Court MJC No.3446 of 2014 (6) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 dated 14.01.2015 passed by this Court, the authorities conducted Special Review Medical Examination of the petitioner on 14.02.2015 in the Office of the I.G., F.T.R. Headquarters, S.S.B., Patna, wherein, he has been found to be medically fit. It has, however, been stated in paragraph no. 5 of the supplementary show-cause reply that on the basis of the petitioner's merit, no offer for appointment can be made in his favour as Constable (GD) since he could not find place in the merit list as per available vacancies for OBC category/candidates under Bihar State.

From the facts stated in the supplementary showcause reply, I find that the order of this Court dated 06.05.2014 has been fully complied with. If the petitioner has any grievance against his non-selection as Constable (GD) on any ground, needless to say that he shall have the liberty to raise his plea before appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding. I do not intend to proceed any further in present contempt proceeding.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
