The petitioner has raised a claim in the writ application for grant of 2nd and 3rd ACP, counting her service starting from 13.05.1988 till today, on the basis of an order passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel proposes to file a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna for redressal of grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12068 of 2015(9) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has submitted that 1st ACP of the petitioner has been given, counting her service w.e.f. 10.11.1995 i.e. the date when petitioner joined the Government Basic School, Balikaram, Vaishali.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education within a period of 15 days. It is made clear that if the representation is filed, the Director shall be obliged to dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the above observation and direction, the writ application is disposed.
