Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-53(a) of the Excise Act.

Petitioner was arrested by police while through breath analyzer, 105 mg. alcohol was detected in his blood and for the aforesaid act, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14-05-2016.
