The petitioners being father and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and made her dead body disappeared.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is omnibus and general allegation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35892 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The husband is in the custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara, District- Bhojpur in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
