ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 19.05.2018 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.14 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only because the petitioners are the brothers of Ram Nath Paswan, who is the father of the deceased girl, who is alleged to have been killed, the petitioner has been roped in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is nothing on the record, save and except suspicion to indicate the complicity of the present petitioners, who are brothers of Ram Nath Paswan,

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the entire allegation is based on suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.14 of 2016.
