The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 bearing G.O. No. 132 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 34(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of illicit toddy from possession of the petitioner, amounting to 25 liters. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.02.2019.
