The petitioner is accused in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 506, 354, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the SC/ST Act. The accusation is that 25 persons named in the F.I.R, including the petitioner, reached at the house of the informant and started to abuse denoting her caste and told her to vacate the land otherwise her house will be put on fire. When Lila Devi, Rekha Devi and Gudiya Devi made protest then they were assaulted by the accused persons and at that time, Radhey Yadav sat on her chest and tried to outrage her modesty. When Shankar rushed to save the informant then he was also assaulted.

No.27952 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, informant tried to grab the land of the petitioner and due to that reason protest was made and only to give pressure, the present case has been lodged. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 30.05.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S.
