2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72015/2024.

3. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on the earlier occasion, a report regarding the present stage of the trial and the expected time frame for its conclusion was called for.

4. Upon perusal of the report received from the Court of the District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui, it appears that the evidence for prosecution has been closed and after recording of statement u/s 313 of the Cr. P.C. and recording of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22347 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 defence evidences, the record is fixed for final argument.

5. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 248 of 2024 arising out of Jamui P.S. Case 764/2023, pending before the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeII, Jamui, is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
