2. This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- I. For issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing to the respondent to bifurcate the Rayati land after

Patna High Court CWJC No.6169 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/3 measurement whereby and where under the Rayati land has been encroached by the private respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an application for measurement of the land bearing Khata No. 28, Plot No. 1047, Area 0.47 decimal and Khata No. 278, Plot No. 1135 Area 8 decimal situated at Mauza- Shreepur, AnchalKumarkhand, District- Madhepura was filed before the Circle Office, Kumarkhand, Madhepura through online portal on 21.12.2024 and measurement fee has already been deposited. Despite, the aforesaid, no action has been taken by the Circle Officer, Kumarkhand, Madhepura.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that a representation has also been filed before the Circle Office, Kumarkhand, Madhepura, on 07.01.2025 but he is sitting tight over the matter.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Circle Officer, Kumarkhand, Madhepura is directed to measure the land of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in view of the application filed by the petitioner on 21.12.2024 positively within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
