KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3285 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Informant has alleged that when he was in his shop petitioner armed with pistol came there and started abusing him and also opened 2-3 blank fire from his pistol with an intention to terrorize him and thereafter fired upon him but non-hit him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the grant of bail Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3285 of 2018).
