2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S.Case No.725 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, ,307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim with iron rod and Farsa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2023. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have clean antecedent and petitioner no. 3 has one

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Chanpatia P.S.Case No. 725 of 2023.
