The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the complainant Vijay Kumar Rai had purchased a Mahindra Pickup Bolero Van after taking loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Company. The petitioner, who is employee of that Finance Company, came to the house of the complainant/informant and apprised him that installment of the loan was not being paid regularly and he requested the

The petitioner obtained signature of the complainant on some papers. After some months, the officials of Mahindra Finance Company apprised the complainant that the dues of loan has accumulated to Rs.4,25,000/-. The petitioner neither paid the loan to the complainant nor deposited the installments and he sold the vehicle after fabricating forged documents.

During course of investigation, allegation has been found true and the investigation is still continuing. The petitioner is a criminal history of similar nature of case and his prayer for anticipatory bail in that case has been rejected by a coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 77146 on 16.11.2021. In my view, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
